Hotel Balsa Inn - Puno

The room was clean, but the bed seemed like a rock.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from Lake Titicaca. The rooms were well-kept with a window outside, TV and heating.

The location was comfortable, short walk to the centre of town and the street with all the restaurants, restaurants and bars, and square. The room I booked was comfy and neat, complete with a very good heater, a window to the hallway, for instance❤

The fries at Balsa Inn are a culinary treasure, crisp and golden. I also loved the takeaway breakfast they arranged for us. Plus, the twin beds were decent-sized, ensuring a restful night.

The only downside was the dated room décor and a bit of grime on the floor, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying our stay to let that dim our experience.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a window facing the air shaft and clean bedding and efficient heater and that's great.

We had a very nice time. The hotel was spotlessly clean, facilities were quite comfortable, magnificent and perfect location not far from the property's " restaurant ", a taxi to the pier or the bus station and shop. All the staff was very friendly, tackled our issues.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the main square. Pillowy, comfortable beds ensured a restful night despite the altitude, and the waffles during breakfast were a delicious highlight. Unfortunately, there were persistent hot water issues over both nights, which took time to resolve, but the attentive staff worked promptly to fix it.

I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a good book and sipping coffee from the 24-hour café. The hot tub and massage services were a nice touch too! The hot water took a bit longer than expected, but it didn't ruin the overall positive vibe. 😊

Great place with free wi-fi, a cozy lounge area, and helpful staff. During my first stay, they assisted me with dining options. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast! I'll be back for a holiday.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with free wi-fi ensuring great connectivity for planning excursions and being only 10 blocks from the main bus station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Comfortable stay with a great location

The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the main square. There were some issues with hot water that took a while to resolve, although the attentive staff did their best to fix it promptly.

The location is fab-close to the center but blissfully quiet. Plus, I loved how they stored my bags while I explored the lake. Clean room, with a spacious bathroom-very much appreciated!

Oh dear, that gas heater in the foyer reminded me of a fire hazard. The only ventilation was a window to the neighboring room-romantic, unless you enjoy your privacy!

The breakfast options included fresh made omelets or fried eggs. the room was amazingly comfortable and outstanding with a nice bathroom. - the hotel is in a marvelous location close to the pedestrian walkway, central square, market, and airport.

The staff here was very friendly; the location, not too far from Laguna Lagunillas, was great, and there were markets and shops within walking distance.

The Hotel Balsa Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of a Catholic church. the restaurant offers delicious food with exceptional service, and the staff is friendly and professional.
